Atlantic Personnel & Tenant Screening is committed to complying with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act, and other federal, state, and local laws governing the preparation and delivery of background screening reports.
We believe it is essential that our clients have a strong commitment to complying with applicable laws as well, including those related to their requests for or use of background screening reports. Therefore, to begin receiving services through Atlantic Personnel & Tenant Screening, it is required that each prospective client read, sign and adhere to the following Agreement. Please print a copy of the agreement, and once signed, return the signed portion of the Agreement to us via email, facsimile or by mail. Once your signed Agreement is received, you will be assigned an account number and login passwords.
